TA tells me that we have or are in the process of creating a "flag" consolidation pattern with an upside target of $4.03. Resolution requires a close above $2.80 and volume in excess of 2 million would add confirmation. (Ironic that I get a $4.03 number in light of last week's rumor about BSX coming through at $4.00---Maybe just coincidental, maybe not).

Today's after the bell patent news struck me as ver signigicant with MW throwing down the gauntlet and challenging the pacemaker industry to get on board, calling it the "ethical imperative." Very strong but right on the money. Wonder who will be first in line?
