I don't know if UBSS if buying for an institutional client or not but I'm sure the big guys take a chance from time to time on penny stocks. This stock has all the makings to turn we just need some positive interest. When buying starts we move quickly around here. At a penny someone could easily make times over their initial investment. I believe someone posted UBSS bought 500,000 shares at the current pps. of .011 they spent a small $5500.00. Not much if you look at the big picture and the kind of money they move around stocks from day to day. Even if the current pps. goes up to .013 they made a quick $1500.00 to buy dinner this weekend!
