A number of months ago we all saw MDGC shares run from this level to well over a penny a share. Along with that came news of the impending web site with twice weekly updates about the company. We were told of a Q & A section on the site that would give investors answers to many of our questions. We were told of an association struck with EquiTrend to handle our Investor Relations. We were told of testing about to take place in two towns out west which would show the world what our patented technology had to offer. We were told of batteries that would charge in 30 seconds and work for four days. We were told of of the Perfect Phone. We were told of a retail store in the works and so many other exciting things.

I have called Val on four occasions and never had the benefit of a return call. I have left messages each time. I have involved friends and relatives from the beginning because of my excitement about the prospects of this company.

So what do we have now: a retail site that can't fill orders, no results from speed trials that were run in December, a stock price that is down over 80% from recent highs and a CEO who has not revealed anything to shareholders in over three months.

Is it me feeling this way or are there others as well. Mind you I am still long and have all of my shares. I have added to my position a number of times along the slide over the last months.

What will it take to get Val to reveal something for investors to hang on to. Something to give them a sense that their hard earned money is invested wisely. We have all been waiting since before Thanksgiving for Val to throw us a bone. A bone won't do it any longer we truly are entitled to more. Some news with gravitas which will not only justify our investments here but want us to add while at such a reduced pps.

So Val, I will join the chorus and appeal to your sense of fair play and make a formal request for something for us to all chew on. Surely there must be something that you are in a position to release to take the edge off of me and your other loyal shareholders.

All good wishes to you and fellow longs. Yale
