Yes Clifford the CEO called me back yesterday afternoon. I asked him a few questions regarding the company. I asked him what they were planning on doing with the private placement and he said that they are going to strictly focus on marketing and business development with the company.

I've been hearing all sorts of different numbers. I have been hearing numbers ranging from 20 million to 35 million users.

I was also confused by the number that Facebook was giving me. Facebook fan page gives me over 620,000 fans. It says that there are almost 15 million monthly active users. Cliff verified that they have had about 35 million app downloads and about 15 million use it every month.

I actually just signed up this week to do my continued research. I signed up for free then I noticed that there is the option to pay on a monthly basis to get a premium membership. It's pretty well set up but hopefully the numbers will be out soon regarding the % of people that actually pay to use it.

So we have paid memberships as rev. and then we have traffic that in turn develops the website and makes it get noticed by much larger companies.
