It doesn't have to be that way if PRMO would just once prove on thing they PR. They've PR'd great things for 10 years and not once have they come through on one of them and all they do is sell millions of shares into their loyal shareholders buying and steal their shareholders money leaving nothing in return except to hold a bag. Just show me one time over the last 10 years that they haven't done that.
