Didn't expect much as a first reply, so let's see what comes back from them within 14 days.

My lawyer is making some final verification with a California Firm but seems would would have a strong case just on the conflict of interest portion. But the first thing is to send a formal legal letter to the SEC and give them the stipulated delays to answer us or to open an investigation.

I really hope we don't get to that step but I have lost enough at those levels. I can only imagine those that were there when they reversed splited.
