They either struck a deal with Otto or they have already purchased them back from the market. Why wouldn't they wait on a ruling? Then a appeal, and we all no the process it could take years before they were forced to fix the mistake. The outcome would probably be there clients that sold shares they didn't own would be somehow held accountable. I seen the mistake in my ST account and laughed. I didn't try to sell them.
