I talked to the company and learned that there would be an annual meeting in July and every year hereafter. A quarterly report will be issued regularly with all pertinent operating and financial data included. A full report on the usage of the Jezco system will soon be detailed in press releases. The SEC report was to filed in a matter of days and would reveal all pertinent information on current officers,directors and their compensation and holdings. An alliance with a major waste company is in the offing and will generate sizable amounts of cash to the company.The Whiz will get his contract back to promote the stock and all will be fine. Then I woke up and realized it was April Fools Day and it was just a fantasy.
