So you don't missunderstand my statement , here is a snippet from an interview.

Knowing that these tests were ongoing and results were forthcoming, my colleague Ray Blanco and I had previously set up a conference call with the company. Besides CEO Dr. Eugene Seymour, we were joined by Dr. Randall Barton, the company’s chief scientific officer and Dr. Anil Diwan, the chairman and president. I’ve told you before about Diwan, the platform’s chief inventor, and Seymour. Barton was previously director in drug discovery research at Boehringer-Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals. There, he was deeply involved in the discovery and initial evaluation of nevirapine, which was approved by the FDA for the treatment of HIV in 1996.

I used that conference call primarily to confirm my understanding of the press release. We strayed beyond that, but I’ve decided not to address topics outside the content of that press release, for a number of reasons.

First, the content of the press release is so historic, it’s absurd to gild the lily. Second, it might trigger a requirement that the company file with the SEC regarding new public information. I don’t want to force them to do that
