anyone agree with this assessment?
saw this on yahoo board and thought it was very interesting...
The stock is about to go through another violent re-set of value, starting tomorrow. The eventual price will be determined by one factor only, where do the long stock holders sell enough shares to the covering shorts to rebalance supply and demand. Without this liquidity, shorts cant cover, plain and simple. My guess is that liquidity (3-4 million net short covering shares)lies about 28-30$ in stock, so thats where we are headed in the next 5-6 weeks. At that price, long holders will provide enough liquidity to let the shorts out and stop the momentum, sending the stock back down to a multi month consolidation period. This is not a guess.
