That would create No Liquidity.Nobody wants that.Their is not a buyer for every seller!!!!.Market makers trade Inventory back and fourth. They also buy at the ask.When their Ready They Let It Move.....Honestly,Do you think nobody sold 1 share......The last 500k block I bought Yesterday,Took them 1 hr and then they gave me 497,000 shares, 40 minutes latter they filled me for the other 3 shares.
