I have been re-reading through the first few ISAC press releases they have made...I have come to the conclusion that it is similar to digging for gold. There have been three press releases thus far, and each has aluded just a hint more than the previous as to their business strategy going forward.

PR 1 :

Internally we have established a new business platform, with an eye toward growing our portfolio of quality brand offerings.

Cameron will assist Isaacs in communicating its investment appeals and engaging the financial community to ensure a greater understanding and appreciation of our strategy and our performance, as our company builds a leadership position in the unique branded niche apparel segments," concluded Mr. Stec.

PR 2 :

Both parties are very excited to be partners in expanding the reach of the company into the active sportswear category. This is exactly what we both envisioned when we began discussing our future together. We are taking another positive step in executing our strategy of building a portfolio of niche brands that add revenue and profitability," said Bob Stec, Chief Executive Officer.

PR 3 :

Mr. Jacquet holds a majority controlling interest of I.C. Isaacs, and has served on the company's board since 2008.

Mr. Jacquet was former chairman and since 2000 has served on the board of directors of Interline Brands, Inc. (IBI) a leading Maintenance, Repair and Operation (MRO) distribution company. During this period, IBI embarked on a roll up strategy, growing to annual sales of over $1 billion.

"Isaacs is entering a period of great opportunity and promise, and I am excited to be part of the next chapter in its long history."

Essentially as you can see, Isaccs has given us hints to their business strategy going forward. A "roll up" business strategy is one where the company builds upon its base line with small acquisitions one at a time., just what ISAC keeps hinting to us they are looking to do. Mr. Jacquet took a position on the BOD in 2008, right around the time they began to restructure, and I am pretty sure they knew right then he was going to be the boss once Stec got it ready.

IMO these guys know exactly what they are doing, and ISAC is going to be a good one. Look up the history of Jacquet and Stec (earlier in the thread) just to see they have the brains necessary to get the job done.
