They will never do a reverse split now!!
Dolphin is a investment company and will have nothing to gain at these prices.
It will be much more profitable to get a strong dollar pps through news and msm before ever thinking about a r/m.
Add to that with a small float this is much more realistish.
Ceo and dolphin owner are the same so they are not going to shoot there own leg.
