I emailed Ezra a couple times... still wont give me much...

"It has been a very difficult task to turn this ship around but we are doing it. 2009 was painfull and 2010 got us rolling again. Anything else i cannot say right now. Discussing CSS in a release will be forthcoming which will answer everyone's questions along with the future health of the company.
