The company knew exactly what they were doing. They took advantage of the huge bump in price to maximize the $'s they took in from issuing millions of shares. Had they given a heads up to unsuspecting investors, the pps would have plummeted on the news and they would have pocketed a lot less cash. What do you get when you combine "stock" and "ink"? You get "stink" which fits this stock nicely right about now.
