bogeyschen, much obliged for your very informative posts. i especially concur with your comments about mr. brittsan. for me, the 11 january 2005 press release formally announcing his arrival said it all.

the addition of mr. brittsan to the company definitely brings an individual of integrity and substance to the team--someone who clearly can ctc to the next level. for this reason, shareholders have to be a tad patient as mr. brittsan gets his bearings on the situation. yes, he's been on board for approximately 80 days. by the third week in april shareholders can give him a 100 day evaluation. imo, they won't be disappointed.

mr. wilcoxon and mr. arrington have truly done a great job developing the company through its r&d years. mr. brittsan will clearly navigate them through the commercial ones.

imo, mr. wilcoxon summed it up best when stating, "the company is emerging from its development stage and is poised to enter the market with important commercial sales of its accc product family. mr. brittsan brings to ctc the skills and discipline needed to manage this new stage of growth and we believe will contribute significant strengths to our management team at a critical time."

any shareholder who was at BOTH the october 2004 and march 2005 meetings (and there's probably not many) will most likely state that what they became privy to at the march meeting is not the same company.

i, too, would have to assert that by 30 september 2005 (fiscal year end) all shareholders will not be able to recognize this company after allowing mr. brittsan to perform his magic between this date and then.

after two years--sitting pat, staying focused on the prize, willing to hold and enjoy the ride.
