i have a find that could be a good news for us.
on the same day on feb 15 2005 on the SEC document mentionning usci & other companies to be delinquent in their filings AMITELO COMMUNICATIONS &WHITEHALL ENTREPRISES figured too on the doc and have exactly been served the same order like USCI to answer under 10 days (link :http://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/34-51202.htm).

on march 10 AMITELO &WHITEHALL have been ordered BY DEFAULT of the revoking registrations. link (

well my deduction and the good news for us is that USCI has filed an answer otherwise by now we would have been served an order BY DEFAULT .
