Many thanks Peach. If he walks away, I'd consider. But no cash will change hands. I wouldn't indemnify him or anyone else for any debt, they'd own all that themselves (including the disputed past royalty payments)......yeah, I'd consider it, for one reason only. AMNE does have a faithful following (not to mention family members who joined us in this).
