I can't understand why this stock gets no respect. I realize it is dependent upon the markets - but then, what stock isn't? If the market goes down for PLCC's securities, that only means it is going down for the stocks that any of us may be invested in. But, how many of those stocks have no debt, literally swimming in cash - possibly even more than the stock price, a PE of 7, and a float of 1.3M.
