The International Trade Commission's ruling is the reason...

that Kodak's stock went down. The failure to protect the patents of the US companies is part of the reason for the slow down of the entire economy in the USA.

Torvec shareholders stand to to have additional losses if Torvec's patents, as well, are not protected by the ITC.

I guess we'll see.


An administrative law judge at the ITC found Kodak's patents invalid and not infringed by Apple's iPhone or RIM's BlackBerry devices.
