(PINKSHEETS: WTCT) announced today that it releasing the final set of tests on the patent pending "fuel reformer" conducted at the Environmental Testing Corporation, a high altitude, EPA certified facility, in Denver, Colorado. The released of this data moves the company forward in obtaining the investment capital currently under review.

According to the company, the initial tests were performed over several sessions in December, using a 1999 Ford Expedition, which had a factory EPA-estimated city and highway performance of 11 MPG and 16 MPG, respectively. The most recent tests results from the Environmental Testing Corporation (ETC), with the Fuel Reformer installed, produced an EPA certified High-Altitude city and highway performance of 12.68 MPG and 22.44 MPG, respectively.

This result shows an improvement in MPG of 20.1% city and 40.3% highway or a combined average of 30.2% overall. These results do not take into account that the EPA sticker estimate is at sea level, where MPG would normally be higher, or that the test vehicle has more than 180,000 miles on it. The Company anticipates results will vary with different fuels, additives, ethanol substitutes, engines, etc., but will provide at least 20 to 25% overall MPG improvement.

According to Dr. Max L. Bennett, President and CEO of WatchIt Technologies, "The test results performed by Environmental Testing Corporation greatly exceeded our expectations. The resulting data supplied by ETC are of a magnitude that border on unbelievable. But having independent testing and evaluation by such a credible organization leads us to believe that our patent-pending device has significant potential in a multitude of areas. Certainly, simple fuel savings is very important and the device demonstrates that without question, but we cannot forget that one of the strengths of this device is its ability to reduce tail pipe exhaust emissions. Although we are still reviewing our raw data, we can say that, in addition to the increase in MPG, the emissions tests results were spectacular. We have noted dramatic decreases in the emissions figures in almost every category tested, the details of which will be released in the white paper."

"The amount of data we collected, both in house and from the EPA certified lab, is enormous," stated Dr. Bennett. "The professional staff of the company has produced a white paper that goes into detail on the implications of the device and the resulting numbers. That report will be released on Friday, January 28, 2011. Go to the company's website to view the report."
