worthog: My guess is becuase FCB doesn't consider them a "client" so to speak, but rather a "partner" to work WITH their (FCB's) clients. The advertise and "public relate" for companies, and NeoMedia can help tremendously in that area. It's a two-way street with this relationship, not a one-way relationship as with their traditional "clients".

From their 8K release...

"The agreement calls for FCB to work with NeoMedia to create and develop opportunities and programs utilizing PaperClick(R), to integrate PaperClick into marketing campaigns for new and existing clients, and to facilitate the introduction of NeoMedia and PaperClick in the mobile telecommunications industry."
