-Working on Racket ball game for xbox 360 (kinect) and Wii.

-IPO stuff - looking for last part of deal with 300+ mill company.

-need current state of financials from company want to aquire( should happen by end of week hopefully)
-SDVI future: Not going away. prolly renamed. going to be reporting otccb company and audited, file sb1 registration statement. audit as soon as possible just need sales cash from rabbits.
-if on nasdaq 6 month holding period from date of conversion.
-Phatty - (Social Networking)
no mmogames to expensive, to many already. So social networking was thought of
developers can use programming and make games for the site
use paypal to monitor money flow and make for easy transactions
going to share revenue with developer
proposed date for graffiti 45 days after aquisition roughly. Shouldn't be any later than april if on frankfurt.

-Frankfurt need global account believe to be a 40 day holding period before we can trade them if american. forign can trade anytime.
