I am considering shareholder derivative suit against the company’s board with regard to the dilution and the DTC problems brought upon the company's management and its board and its lack of oversight.
Without getting into the company’s books and the information that shareholders do not know, the damages are apparent with regard to lost shareholder value on account to the DTC problems and the massive dilution we have all experienced which reeks of poor financial management. I would like to know if anyone has explored this issue, and if so, why has this not been pursued.
