Ok gas production is basically similar to oil production as in the way they get it out of the ground but it is harder for us to tell as how much is produced because it doesn't get barreled or a set price for a barrel. There is alot of gas production making people alot of money around here right now. I signed a lease with Dale Resoures which gave them mineral rights to drill under my property thousands of feet down from 2 mls away and they gave me a $3000 signing bonus + if the well produces then I get so much percent in royalties. So GAS PRODUCTION IMO is no joke. There is another gas site right next to my work. They are in the cities , in the country , they are every where. I do know I read some where that 1 of their oil sites produces 22 barrels everyday so if they have even 10 sites thats roughly $22,000 a day.
