Tommy, it seems that you have just contradicted yourself from your previous posts, and it is a bit confusing to follow where you're going with all of this.
I thought you previously questioned and tried to get everybody up in arms about them awarding themselves the bonus shares, and why now, why the rush to give themselves more bonuses etc.
Now you're sounding like you know exactly why they are doing it, and using your words "they will do this annually at a rate of 16.82% of the O/S each year" and also "it is something will do every (year?) like clock work".
So if you knew why they are doing this then why raise the big fuss about it? It's a little confusing where you're going with this.
The fact that they exercised their right to register these shares is not a surprise. As you stated, it's all in the filings. Our ownership of 75.6% in VGREF is also in the filings and that won't change. So I don't see what the issue is about them making this move with the 1.4M shares. It was all in the filing to begin with. And as to the timing of it, as I said before I believe they have a good reason why now.
