i read the dd post and still couldnt really get a handle on this one... so gohg has been in the process of a r/m for a year and a half... w/ some company (alpha 1) buying up personal shares to complete this r/m? and they are a computer security company? but in the mean time gohg is signing joint ventures in the alternative energy field? is this about correct? also has anyone spoken to the ceo terry tocco sp? lately... or about the stock split on nv sos? this is one weird situation here... tia to all who can set me straight on what the deal is here...
