Thanks Rocky. Good news, 5 years from 2007 means commercialization in 2012! LOL

Since the company was in a completely different position late 2007-2008, I imagine that timeline is a bit.. optimistic.

That said, if you add 1.5 years or so (the time it took us to file the IND), the timeline is in line with what we discussed here last week regarding the trials/NDA etc. Would you agree?

Secondly, another poster (Biosect) found another great article on patents for ACT/ISCO/BTX/GERN etc that I have not seen:
