What are the possibilities that the GURU had as many as those share and dumped them himself? If he claims nobody paid him to promote, then why cant he buy $10,000 worth of .0001 share and dump a hundred million himself on .0004? Maybe the Guru should be questioned?
If you really look at it, he has the power of persuasion with many shareholders!
see just because there is no PPR you ca come up with any cocamainey story you want and people might believe.
