Why get them converted before an R/S?

Supposedly "founders shares" can only be sold in % increments annually. The source of that information is from a known lair .. take it for what is worth.

I think there will be a Reverse split followed by an increase to the number of authorized shares. Coupled with "board approval" of conversion of preferred to common. All of this will happen during a resurrection of BEHL. New shiny things to look at and talk about. New interviews with faceless individuals. A new pump to assist the founders dump.

We shall see ... Very little money to be made here by the pink players.

It would be nice to be wrong about BEHL.
