rich, a RS will enable them to list on AMEX instead of the pinks, and will enable the big money managers to buy if they are so inclined. Many are prohibited from buying stocks under $5. You can't get listed on the Nasdaq if you're under $1, so the RS makes it easier to attract the big money. It's important to do that before the IPO debuts.
