Exactly. I just posted the same thing without even reading your post. The way the Jan 3rd press release was worded

The Company is anticipating that the Hy-G equipment will reduce labor costs, and improve efficiency, in the plant gold room by allowing larger amounts of concentrates produced from the main Knelson bowl to be cleaned in a shorter amount of time as compared to the shaker tables currently installed at the mine.

indicates that the new equipment is an improvement to what's already in place. Also, it doesn't make sense that they'd be sitting on their hands for 6 weeks waiting for the equipment. If they're ready to produce I'm sure they are doing what they can until the upgrade is in place. This is an exciting time to be in this stock (I missed the run up off the low but waited patiently for the best entry point for my purposes).
