I just called etrade and 1) they confirmed that it is a OTC traded stock and not pinksheet and 2) the action was initiated by the SEC on the 24th for suspicion of improperly releasing shares. So believe what you want but I stand by my post, I'm a basic retail investor trying to make an extra buck, I've never bashed, shorted or posted false information, check my profile.
