Ya'all....If the K doesn't hit the wires today it is ABSOLUTELY, 100% NOT managements fault. The auditors and the attorneys have had the books for over a month. This audit is SO easy because Dave has cleaned up the books so much. They gave them EVERYTHING they could possibly need to get the audit done.
