Maybe that's the problem, especially with the extension granted to serve the plaintiffs in the countersuit. If investors believe (right or wrong) that HLNT won't issue a press release until after the court cases are complete (court cases can go on indefinitely) there may be little to motivate buyers in the near term. If doesn't appear that the rally late last week has any legs yet. This may be a waiting game to see what happens after the new deadline passes.
