<CEO> Very good question and this is something I also would like to understand better. There are
a total of 1,995,000,000 shares (about 2 Billion) issued and outstanding.
<CEO> Out of these about half are in the public float. No shares have been issued since
November, 2010, although these were all restricted.
<CEO> If almost 4 Billion shares have been traded then that is quite impressive. Trading is always
good, that is what trading markets are about. But these trades have all been between public
shares

exact timing on the Letter to the Shareholders, but I believe it came out when there were requests

<CEO> A8611, As I indicated last week, I had hoped that all annual and quarterly reports had been
filed with SEC before Christmas. There has been so much work, and we were not able to
complete by then

nowhere to pump the stock and it rose dramatically,then three weks later the letter to
shareholders came out.
<CEO> Both our CFO, Dean Schauer, and self have been working very hard on them. We have
three annual reports and over eight quarterly to be completed and filed

emails and phone calls back then from various shareholders.

<CEO> A781, I do not know who you are, but tell me what is wrong with building a businesss? If
you are a shareholder, wouldn't you want that?

emails and phone calls asking me for an update on the Company. A letter to the Shareholders is
a proper way to

<CEO> A1154, when I saw the trading activity and the rerquests from Shareholders for an update, I
think it would be quite appropriate to update
<Anonymous1154> you stated back in 2008 "one or more aquisitions could bring total revenues to
100 million"still on target?
<CEO> A1154. I will repeat what I have stated several times. Mid 2008, we had an investment at
$10mm lined up. In the third quarter 2008, that investor had to pull back, like most other investors.
<CEO> This caused us to have cash flow problems and could not pay our auditors and attorneys,
thus we could not continue to be compliant with filings to SEC

<CEO> We are now going back over all the outstanding filings so we can as soon as possible
become fully compliant again.
<CEO> When we are fully compliant again, we can start moving up and away from the Pink trading.

<CEO> As to the LOI's, we are, as you all iknow, still very good frineds with the Syrie group out of
UK and Sweden and we are also very good friends with the Mason Media Group in Washington
DC
<CEO> As to iiGrowth, we are also very good friends. There will certainly be more announcements
about these various good relationships

answering questions and you seem to have a firm grasp of rambling waffle

the table.
