I hope Malone is involved. As of now, there's nothing official to indicate that he is. Remember, talks broke off between Liberty and WRSPQ, then we saw the asset sale to Yazmi, with some of the proceeds used to pay back part of Liberty's DIP loan (can't recall the details now). So, yes, I think Liberty remains the largest creditor, but we don't know how much $ was spent by Liberty in buying up all the other debt (how many cents on the dollar). I am still holding on, as I've already written off this investment, so, I remain hopeful for something akin to MGTY's prediction. But...even if you have a horrendous cold, you still gotta smell a little stink wafting over that $90k invoice. $90k each and every month!!! just sayin'! LOL
