I believe the 10 mil in debt he talked about was what Hacketts Stores owed (Wisebuys, Inc) and was removed in bk. I do not believe the shell lost any debt as it was NOT in bk! The stores, or should I say the only remaining store, was forced to close/liquidate to get at least something for creditors!
