So they are saying this happened in 2008, from March to Sept. Over 2 years ago. They are also NOT coming after HRNF or anyone in their employ. They are after a couple of con artists who tried to rig the system in their favor. Much like they arrest a bank robber for robbing a bank. They don't arrest the bank president or fine the bank. There is nothing here that says HRNF did anything wrong or is under any investigation. In fact, this may help if those shares have to be replaced.
