Interesting fact about today's stock buys/sells: Volume ~311K trades: ~300K sells, ~11K buys. However, most of the sells were at 23 cents. Why the price did not come down is beyond me, but I am glad it held at 23. All that downward selling pressure with no effect.

Will Sinopec "really" make a Phase 2 announcement by March 14 or will we be kept waiting AGAIN. Patience, Patience, Patience!
