Might have been late 2009- it was when the stock price hit .09 area maybe a little higher off memory. The share price had been depressed as it is right now. The point is that timing is everything in just about all of life more so with anything that can move up and down quickly ie penny stocks. I don't recall the price even gapping up that day it was an AM pr think around 545-630AM range.
