I go back to my previous post with some direct experience. I recall that Mr. Thompson indicated that ND & WY have rights to publication. As a previous poster mentioned, We live or die by the publications. I would expect that the arrangement with the universities and consultants specifically give them the first right to publish i.e., the cat can't be let out of the bag until then. That in NO MEANS indicates that Mr. Thompson is not available to make deals prior, only that the deals may not be allowed to go public until then WITHOUT permission from the Docs.

Here's my 2 cents. I believe we will now start getting an increase in interest in the company, momentum on the buy side will slowly continue, we will now start to get the flippers and 20%ers entering the playing field as well as a few REAL investors who also see the potential here. This will happen over the next several weeks. I expect a continuing upward pps trend but some swings by MMs until there is a better gauge on reality.

When the revenue deal comes out, things will then fly. In order for some legit in the stock, pps needs to break at least the .20s, then the momentum will follow to the positive. In the meantime, higher highs and higher lows are in place. My only bitch is the longs will need to suffer through the riprap and flips that will keep us a bit unstable in the interm.

We need to get the hell off the pinks as soon as possible once things break. Then we can look forward to more normal trading.

By the way, short interest is low and has been for many moons. This will be a day play for many at best, even they will figure out the mid-long term potential. Flippers will be flippers, the real money will be made on the longs.

Can I join the KBLB clic yet? smile

PS - And we need to see volume regularly above 2-3+ mil to make this move forward.
