I anyway start to believe that shareholder will be screwed here. It is just a matter of time we will find this out. There are permanently changes of directors for no sense..but maybe financial ones. I do not see any change in material, in business in success, in revenues, in numers of restaurantzs, etc. just directors. I worry Spic Pickles is getting a pool for making money by a crew of directors which like each other and cut the cake into handsome pieces. With other words, if reveneues will increase.....shareholder will have to notice how the cake is getting samller for them but the piece for directors will get bigger. This is my take about this director change-games at SPKL !
