Any thing under .0015 or so is getting sucked up in short order
Pulling the ask back to .003
Looks like the float is going away

Ever notice how when you pull up MPPC on google.or.yahoo.finance
No comparable companies show up...
And on the MPPC home page-
little. if any exposure or marketing of the stock...
