Rant, Copy Of Email To Dish TV:
"I have no questions, but I do wish to register a complaint, one I'm pretty damn upset about!
I live in an apartment and our mail has been stolen quite a lot lately. Because of this, I started using my debit card to pay my bills over the phone. I know way too much about Internet theft and the abuse of industry as a whole concerning 'auto-pay' to use such a feature, so calling in every month worked for me.
The last time I did this I told there would now be a $5.00 fee for such actions now, What A Bunch Of Crapp!!! That's extortion plain and simple, not only do I refuse to be part of it. I'm so upset that seriously considering going back to Direc TV, yes, I'm that upset! It’s customer abuse, plain and simple. I'd rather drive to the post office once a month then pay you the $5.00, Shame On You!!!
