I wouldn't concern myself one way or the other if its buys or sells. Its only 6 million shares and more than likely is a washout.
OWVI has been put on the clock and with the fact there still isn't any more news to clarify whats going on looks like they just don't care. Seems like they would have at least explained the billion shares they just added but now they don't even inform shareholders about things like that. And we thought things were bad with SP. There not going to be happy until the get all your money. IMHO
