"There is no obligation on the part of EI to update shareholders on the Star Trek sales just as there is no obligation for Matthews to do so either since both are reporting companies and the information should be in the 10K's that are due soon."

You're right, of course. In their latest 10-K for fiscal 2010, and in the 8-K released 01/21/11, announcing fiscal first quarter 2011 sales and earnings, Matthews didn't have one word devoted to Eternal Image or any of their products. Not one word.

On the other hand, EI has a predilection for releasing news blurbs for virtually every future event that's coming down the pipe.

Given that disparity of approach, I wouldn't expect any news from Matthews.

But, if EI had sold those Star Trek urns to Matthews, there is no doubt in my mind that EI would have happily and proudly Tweeted, Facebooked, blogged and inundated the press with news releases to that effect.

Having seen none....I can only conclude...that it remains a future event.

IMO

"You are about to enter another dimension of investing. A journey into a wondrous land of imagination, where reverse splits are cheered, and earnings are right around the corner. Next stop, the EI Zone!"
