I just don't get it???

Have people here ever heard of "non-discloser" agreements??

How about low key politics??

How about conditional funding??

How about not pissing off people you are negotiating with??


The way some here talk it is like MBB is holding back informtion for the sake of holding it back!!! And not yelling at the roof tops that politicians want this done and they(PUC) better tow the line on this OR ELSE!!

That is NOT how to be successful in business... Talking out of turn is the FASTEST way to either a Court Room or FAILURE !!


Also, why not tell the world you are negotiating with company A to buy a part of them... and HERE IS WHY?? No competitor would pick up that info and outbid or make the deal more costly right??

Oh... and be sure to tell the SHORTS of the world what your plans are so they can assess them and try to hurt the company's stock for more profit...


Me... I am thinking MBB knows what he is doing... and THAT is why I am invested here for so much $$$ The CEO of a Pink is more important than the product of the company IMO... they can sink a great product line... or BRING UP a not so good one..

Me.. I am thinking we have a good CEO and a Good Product!!
