Intelimax Signs Marketing Agreement with I-Rey Inc.

Intelimax Media Inc. ("Intelimax" or the "Company") (OTCBB:IXMD) is pleased to announce it has signed a marketing agreement (the "Agreement") with I-Rey Inc. ("I-Rey").

I-Rey through its multimedia sports marketing company will provide ongoing event and production services to market and gain exposure for the Intelimax www.gamboozle.com gaming platform, including commercials, independent films, athlete/players parties and golf and poker events. The initial Agreement term runs for 90 days and the Company will issue 150,000 restricted shares as compensation for this period.

Herbert G. Dogan III, CEO of I-Rey Inc. and founder of I-Rey Productions, LLC, is CEO of Dogan Sports Management, and COO for CWC Sports Marketing, an established leader in sports publishing for the NFL, NHL, NBA and MLB. In addition, Mr. Dogan founded and served as CEO of Gameday Media, LLC. Gameday is the official publisher of the NFL Players Association magazine, "Football Heroes." The magazine was distributed in 300 cities nationwide.
