It came up as another company who bought property in Vegas from P.A. Holdings. P.A. Holdings is run by Brian Dvorak, Urbie's lawyer in Vegas. And Urbie's new house was bought from P.A. Holdings by one of Urbie's trusts. Urbie also bought a townhouse through P.A. Holdings.

It seems possible that Urbie in fact controls P.A. Holdings.
